This guide will walk you through the steps required to change the registrant information listed on a domain name WHOIS search.
Log in to the Aplichost client area using your username/email address and password.
Click on the Domains icon.
On the My Domains page, search for your domain name using the search function, and then select the domain with the registrant information you wish to modify. Click on the dropdown and select "Edit Contact Information".
On the Domain Management page for your domain name, select a predefined contact to assign as the new registrant for the domain. Alternatively, provide new registrant information and click save.
Please note: a change in registrant information for most gTLD's (ie .com, net, org etc) will require you to validate the registrant. The validation process involves approving the changes by clicking on a link within an email sent to the new registration.
.ZA Domains (Co.Za, Org.Za, Web.Za and Net.Za) contact information will only update after 5 days.
.MZ Domains (Co.Mz, Org.Mz, Web.Mz and Net.Mz) contact information will only update after 3 days.
